JOB DESCRIPTION

Assisting the Human Resources director with special project and organizing files and office.

What you can help us do: This position is responsible for maintaining and creating various employee files, assist in answering employee questions, following up with employees for missing paperwork and assisting the Human Resources Director.

Your every day: list job responsibilities

  • Maintaining/creating files.

  • Following up with employees for any missing documents.

  • Assisting Human Resources Director with special projects.

  • Making new hire packets and processing new hires.

  • Assist with new employee orientation.

  • Review new hire paperwork for accuracy.
     

  • What you need to perform this job successfully: list qualifications (ie. College degree, experience, etc.)

  • Previous experience working in human resources preferred.

  • Work well under pressure.

  • Ability to multi-task.

  • Organizational skills.

  • Speak with employees in a professional manner.

  • Be flexible and adaptable in job duties.

  • Be able to work in a small and very busy office.
